The MultiCell High Throughput System is an automated, real-time, high-content data acquisition and analysis solution.
The MultiCell HTS system offers high-speed, high-content myocyte contractility and fluorescence data acquisition from hundreds of myocytes per hour by using our automated cell finding image analysis. The system includes a fast x-y-z position programmable scanning microscope which can mark and find position, focus, and orientation of isolated myocytes enabling repeated measures of contraction-relaxation function. The system also enables identification and real-time characterization of iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes using our CytoMotion algorithm. The enclosed microscope maintains stable temperature while allowing full access for introduction of perfusion as well as electrical stimulation leads.
